An Agent who participates in spamming will be immediately dismissed from the program. If an Agent is dismissed because of spamming. The Agent will be able to keep their debit card, but will not be able to participate in the program. We know that there are cases when you may respond to an advertisement (spam) with your own personal advertisement. We do not consider this spam. Anyone who spams you should be willing to accept your advertisement. However, please keep all records of these types of mailings. Note: Never send email advertisements directing someone to our website or with the corporate name in it not unless information on the program has been previously requested. Sending our URL or the corporate name (offshorexplorer.com) to someone without it being requested will result in immediate dismissal from the program. We can not risk the chance of ruining our good names. Please keep proof of your contact's request for information. As long as a Referral Agent can prove that they did not participate in spamming our ISP, offshorexplorer.com will not take any action.
